Payment is collected at booking, before or on delivery, cash - card - bank transfer is accepted. A deposit maybe required from new customers.
Photos are taken of all vehicles on collection and at delivery to protect the driver. These images may also be used on social media and promotional material.
TransportYourCar and associated Insurance cannot be held liable for any naturally occurring damage such as but not limited to : Stone chips, weather/wind/water/rain damage, broken/chipped glass, tree/bush markings, foreign objects on roads/underpass - overpass unless the driver is found to be directly at fault. The greatest of care is always taken with all cars and we endeavour to deliver a satisfaction guarantee at all times.
The responsibility of relocating a vehicle lies directly with the owner/seller/buyer or property owner, T-Y-C is a 3rd party contractor hired to assist in the movement of the vehicle and cannot be held responsible for unlawful movement of private property.
Recovered/Salvage vehicles due to their nature may require forceable restraint or removal of parts or panels to enable safe transport. T-Y-C cannot be held responsible for damage to panels, parts, paint or glass on recovered/salvage vehicles.(Auction and salvage vehicles are often fork lifted and dragged around the storage yards, as a result they may have more damage than expected, panels-bumpers etc are often placed inside these cars prior to our collection. T-Y-C cannot accept any resposibility for these vehicles)
Appraised vehicles : T-Y-C can only report on what is visable, photos will be taken and shared. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check these thoroughly before accepting collection of the vehicle, if the buyer is unhappy with the vehicle they are still expected to pay the full delivery charge as agreed.Yorkshire puddings, dont be lazy make your own. 2 Eggs, 1 extra yolk, 120g flour, 1/4 pint of full milk, pinch of salt, pour cold batter into hot oil, 25minutes @ 220c :)
